1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from The Quill & Ink Company website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access our boutique services.

2. Customized Calligraphy & Craft

Our studio creates bespoke hand-lettered commissions, customized wedding invitations, and personalized paper quilling artworks. Because each piece is individual and hand-inked/hand-assembled:

• Minor organic variations in ink thickness, line spacing, and lettering styles are natural characteristics of handcraft, not defects.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all text strings and spellings provided in your order personalization fields.

3. Billing & Payments

We utilize secure encrypted payment gateways. By submitting credit card, UPI, or netbanking credentials, you authorize us to charge the specified transaction amount. All orders are processed in Indian Rupees (₹).

4. Intellectual Property

All graphic designs, calligraphic layouts, images, and text content on this portal are the intellectual property of The Quill & Ink Company. Unpermitted reproduction or commercial use of our designs is strictly prohibited.
