Cancellation & Refunds

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Standard products can be cancelled within **24 hours** of order placement. Once dispatch or customization begins:

• Cancellations cannot be processed for custom calligraphy requests and quilling works because the materials and artistry have already been dedicated to your request.

2. Customized Commissions Exclusions

Bespoke, personalized, or custom-written sheets (e.g. customized names, quotes, cards, custom color paper quilling art frames) are **non-returnable and non-refundable**, unless they arrive damaged during transit.

3. Transit Damages & Replacements

If your package arrives physically bent or broken during logistics transit:

Please email or message our studio a photo/video unboxing proof of the package damage within **48 hours** of receiving it. We will execute and dispatch a complimentary brand new replacement order with maximum priority.

4. Refund Processing Window

Approved refunds are credited back to the buyer's original payment channel (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, or UPI wallet). Please allow **5-7 business days** for the credit to reflect in your bank account statement.
