1. Transit Coverage & Delivery Fees
We provide complimentary standard shipping on all orders throughout Pan-India. We partner with express national shipping couriers to guarantee secure transport.
2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
Because our creations are handcrafted, delivery times are structured as follows:
- **Standard Studio Artworks**: Dispatched in 2-3 business days. Transit time is 4-7 business days.
- **Customized & Bespoke Commissions**: Hand-lettered invitations and custom quilling works require 5-10 business days for studio execution before shipment.
3. Premium Safety Packaging
Calligraphy sheets and quilled frames are fragile. We wrap and pack all items in weather-resistant bubble wraps, bubble-lined heavy cardboard envelopes, or wooden frame crates to avoid bends, moisture, or glass breakages.

4. Shipment Tracking
As soon as your package leaves our atelier, you will receive an email and WhatsApp message enclosing a live tracking code to monitor delivery status.
